A reportage documentary style DVD of the
2005 'Lets Celebrate 60 Years On' celebrations in Maybole, Ayrshire.
Drumhead Service and 1945 Day, Organised by the Maybole Branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland. The Drumhead service was held at The Memorial Park and entailed a march from Greenside, Maybole, to the Memorial Park, led by the Pipe Major Gavin Nicol and the Maybole Pipe Band.
This was followed by light refreshments and speeches at the Town Hall, and later followed by a jovial gathering at the Welltrees Inn.
Highlights of the '1945 Day', held at the fabulous Culzean Castle and Country Park are also included on the DVD.
